James dies again.

Oh, shit. sorry.

SPOILER ALERT!

James dies again. But, just like last time, he’s not really dead. Duh. He was shot while in the service of Her Majesty by a coworker, who is now on desk duty (Harris). But that’s not the point of this film. The point is that he comes back.

Why?

M (Dench) needs him. MI6 needs him. It seems like everyone is coming back from the dead, including another former agent (Bardem), who has it in for the old girl. James travels from Turkey to Shanghai to Japan to London to Scotland, meets a couple of dames, and eventually reunites with people and places from his former life, all while attempting to deal with a villain who is happy to use his former knowledge of the “inside” to bring down the whole organization.
